Protein Summary
The structure of the C-terminal RRM domain of splicing factor U2AF U2AF , an essential splicing factor that recognizes the 3' splice site and recruits the U2 snRNP to the branch point. A classical RRM domain with a very strong sequence pattern, except it has an extra C-terminal helix which plays a role in this domain being peptide rather than RNA binding (see the original 1o0p paper [1]).
