YP_440611.1 from Burkholderia thailandensis (strain E264 / ATCC 700388 / DSM 13276 /CIP 106301) encodes an alpha and beta protein that belongs to NTF2-like superfamily (FIg 1). This protein is structurally similar to 1tuh (BAL32A, Z=7.1%, RMSD=1.96A, 19% seqid), and 1oh0 (ketosteroid isomerase, Z=6.1%, RMSD=2.03A, 15% sedid). However, the active site residues of 1oh0 are not conserved in the YP_440611.1 structure.
The structure contains a SnoaL-like domain -- Rob Finn (PFAM)

Fig 1. YP_440611.1 contains one biological dimer in asu.

Fig 2. Superposition of YP_440611.1 (green), 1tuh (grey) and 1oh0 (light pink) structures. The ligand (EQU; equilenin) bound in the active site of 1oh0 is shown as stick. YP_440611.1 doesn't contain any ligand in this region.
